• Process and product control for SMT, mechanical assembly, and fiber optic technologies
• Methods for root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive actions. Management of corrective and preventive actions. Expert level
• Problem solving. Expert level
• Risk management (ISO31000 and ISO 31001)
• Quality reporting and compliance assurance
• APQP & Core tools
• Regulatory Agencies

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the quality system according to the needs of all stakeholders.
• Coordinate the evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality management system with the organization's management team.
• Evaluate supplier performance to develop them and achieve stakeholder objectives.
• Promote a culture of risk-based thinking within the organization to mitigate risks that may impact stakeholders.
• Manage the human resources, equipment, and infrastructure of the quality department efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate the preparation of corporate quality reports.
• Manage the development of quality personnel through training and task assignments.
