Management History: 10 to 15+ years of progressive, demonstrated success in similarly sized or larger manufacturing facilities, with a strong background as an Operations Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, or related technical leadership role.

Industry Background: Extensive experience in the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry, with specific exposure to advanced electronic, optical, telecommunications, substrate fabrication, or materials processing. Deep knowledge of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing is highly preferred.

Systems & Analytics Expertise: "Hands-on" manager with solid experience and knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, capacity planning, and NPI protocols. Proven ability to analyze manufacturing performance and forecast data to identify optimization opportunities.

Leadership & Communication: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Possesses the presence and charisma to build confidence and influence stakeholders across the organization—from operators to the CEO level.
