Requirements:

• Education: Industrial Engineering, Administration, or Finance.

• more than 3-5 years of experience with customer management, commercial, demand, and RMAs. Implementation of new projects.

• the role also Requires prior experience for a minimum of 3-5 years in employee management.

Responsibilities:

•  Customer management.

• Commercial management (financial and profitable management).

• Implementation of new projects and life goals.

• Account growth and personnel management.

• Management of more than 3 employees: product engineer, QA engineer

• Contract of the client and product to be manufactured.

• Staff Administration.

• Demand management and reports.

• Knowledge of system MRP and account statement payable.

• Internal procedures.

• Sales forecast.
