Duties:

Strategic Communication Planning:

Develop and implement strategic communication plans to effectively promote IT products, services, and initiatives to the global employee base.

Conduct audience analysis and tailor communication strategies to meet the specific needs of diverse user groups.

Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Content Creation and Management:

Create and manage compelling content for a variety of communication channels, including intranet portals, newsletters, email communications, video content, and presentations.

Ensure all communication materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone and voice.

Write and edit technical documentation and user guides to ensure clarity and accessibility.

Multimedia Development and Training:

Design, develop, and deliver engaging live and recorded video-based training sessions for IT products and services, tailored to different user skill levels.

Produce and edit high-quality video content to support IT initiatives, training programs, and informational updates.

Utilize graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, to create and modify visual assets for presentations, promotional materials, and digital platforms.

Collaboration and Project Management:

Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate representation of technical concepts.

Platform Administration:

Serve as the primary system administrator for the Video Content Management platform, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
