At least 5 years of experience in human resources in a leadership position in a high-volume setting

Proficiency in using HR systems

Comprehensive HR subject matter expertise in HR administration, Benefits, Payroll Services, and Shared services delivery

Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.)

Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is preferred

In-depth understanding of Employment Laws/Regulations and Human Resources policies and procedures
