Responsible for regular HR tasks such as payroll, handling HR related documentation, actively participate in and contribute to the establishment of corporate vision, mission, culture, and values.

To assist in the day to day administration in HR Department.

Implements, manage and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, leave, taxes and etc.

Liaise with respective bodies for related matters i.e EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Income Tax if required.

Employee file management, coordinate documentation and administration of new hire, confirmation, termination, retirement, transfer and other movement of staff to ensure relevant form and data are updated and completed timely.

In charge of attendance, time clock update, leave approval, new hire orientation, liaise with medical third party administrator on employee enrollment/ termination, invoice and closely follow up on employee medical claim, HR webpage maintenance.

To generate HR reports as and when requested, Headcount Report, Leave Balance and Closing Report, Absenteeism Report, HRDD, Performance Appraisal.

To assist in performance appraisal, performance improvement plan follow and closure and any additional tasks as and when necessary.
